采空区地表沉降智能监测与预警系统研究及应用

摘要: 以某地下铁矿山采动空区上地表围岩错动区域为工程背景,提出一套基于GNSS无 人值守的采空区地表沉降实时监测及智能预警技术方案,实现对采空区地表的实时监测、数据连 续采集、在线辨识、智能分析和灾害预警。结合对大面积采空区地表稳定性的研究结果,参考相关 规范,采用工程类比法对该沉降监测系统安全预警值进行设定:地表沉降量≤0.1 m/月、地表倾斜量 ≤2 mm/m、曲率≤0.2 mm/m2、沉降加速度≤12 mm/d2。应用表明,地表沉降智能监测预警系统的判断结 果与现场实际情况基本吻合。

Abstract: Based on the engineering background of the dislocation area of surface surrounding rock in the mining goaf of a subway mine,a set of real-time monitoring and intelligent early warning technology scheme of surface subsidence in goaf based on GNSS unattended is proposed,which realizes real-time monitoring,continuous data acquisition,online identification,intelligent analysis and disaster early warning of goaf surface. Combined with the research results of surface stability of large area goaf,referring to relevant specifications,the safety warning value of the settlement monitoring system is set by engineering analogy method : surface settlement≤0.1 m/month,surface inclination≤2 mm/m,curvature≤0.2 mm/m2,settlement acceleration≤12 mm/d2. The application shows that the judgment results of the intelligent monitoring and early warning system for surface subsidence are basically consistent with the actual situation on site.
