煤矿井下智能化综采及放煤技术的应用

摘要: 针对煤矿井下综采作业设备协同性能差、综采效率低、放煤过程复杂的现状,提出了 一种新的煤矿井下智能化综采及放煤技术方案。该方案以智慧化协同控制为核心,对智慧综采和 智慧放煤的技术方案进行了分析,确定了各设备之间进行联动运行的模式。实际应用表明,新的 智能化综采及放煤技术方案大幅降低了井下作业人员数量,提升了综采及放煤效率,为实现井下 “智慧化无人综采”作业奠定了基础。

Abstract: In view of the poor coordination performance of fully-mechanized mining equipment,low efficiency of fully-mechanized mining and complex coal caving process,a new technical scheme of intelligent fully-mechanized mining and coal caving in underground coal mine is proposed. The scheme takes intelligent collaborative control as the core,analyzes the technical scheme of intelligent fully mechanized mining and intelligent coal caving,and determines the mode of linkage operation between various equipment. The practical application shows that the new intelligent fully mechanized mining and coal caving technology scheme greatly reduces the number of underground workers,improves the efficiency of fully mechanized mining and coal caving,and lays a foundation for realizing the underground' intelligent unmanned fully mechanized mining' operation.
