金山煤矿厚煤层回采巷道支护技术

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 针对金山煤矿煤层赋存深、开采厚度大的特点，为确保煤矿安全高效生产，回采巷道永久支护以锚杆+锚索+网片为主，临时支护选用ZLJ20机载临时支护装置。巷道顶、帮部支护采用螺纹钢树脂锚杆，锚索选用17.8 mm×6 000 mm钢绞线；顶部网片采用直径4 mm的钢筋网，帮部网片为8#铁丝金属网。基于上述支护设计，研究分析了锚杆、锚索以及铺网支护设计和安装工艺，对保证厚煤层安全高效生产具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract: According to the characteristics of deep coal seam occurrence and large mining thickness in Jinshan coal mine,in order to ensure efficient production of coal mine safety,the permanent support of the mining roadway is mainly composed of bolt + anchor cable + mesh,the temporary support uses the ZLJ20 airborne temporary support.Thread steel resin bolts are used as support materials of the top and side roadways.17.8 mm×6 000 mm steel strand is selected for archer cable.4 mm diameter mesh reinforcement is selected for the top neting.The No.8 iron wire metal mesh is selected for the side netting.Based on the above support design,the design and installation technology of bolt,anchor cable and support net are studied and analyzed,which are of certain reference significance to ensure the safety and high efficiency of production.
