司家营铁矿IV号矿体矿石性质研究#br#

摘要: 司家营铁矿露天采场不同矿体矿石性质差异较大,同一矿体沿走向和垂向也有较大的变化,IV号矿体位于露天采场N14至N18线间,矿石储量约占露天采场总矿石储量的12%,矿石的可选性最差,配矿比例较大时会影响选矿技术经济指标。为更好地指导供配矿及选矿生产,系统研究了IV号矿体的赋存情况、化学组成、矿物组成、嵌布特征以及可磨可选性等矿石性质。结果表明:IV号矿体平均地质品位为25.97%,平均亚铁含量在3.53%,矿体南端有部分磁性矿分布,由浅至深矿石磁性率逐渐升高;矿石的嵌布粒度分布不均匀,尤其是浅部氧化程度深、风化严重,矿石在磨矿过程中易泥化,磨选性能较差;由浅部至深部,矿石的磨选性能明显好转。

Abstract: The ore properties of different ore bodies in the open pit of Sijiaying iron mine are quite different,and the same ore body has more changes along strike and vertical direction.Number IV ore body is located between N14 and N18 lines,with ore reserves accounting for about 12% of the total ore reserves in the open pit.The ore has the worst beneficiability,which will affect the technical and economic indicators of beneficiation when the ore distribution ratio is large.In order to better guide the ore supply,distribution and beneficiation production,systematically studied the occurrence,chemical composition,mineral composition,imbedding characteristics and grindability of ore body IV.The results show that: the average geological grade of ore body IV is 25.97%,and the average ferrous iron content is 3.53%.At the south end of the ore body,there are some magnetic ores distributed,and the magnetic rate of the ore increases gradually from shallow to deep.The distribution of the ore inlaid particle size is uneven,especially the oxidation degree of the shallow part is deep and the weathering is serious.The ore is easy to be muddy in the grinding process,and the grindability and washability is poor.From the shallow part to the deep part,the grindability and washability of the iron ore is obviously improved.
