南芬露天铁矿提高掘沟成孔率的方法

摘要: 南芬露天铁矿自从山坡露天开采进入深凹露天开采以来,掘沟工作都存在一定的困难,特别是近几年,在深凹露天采场进行集水坑和掏沟爆区穿孔工作时,每年都因为丰富的地下水的影响,每次掏沟爆区的钻孔塌孔严重,成孔率低。为了解决这个难题,南芬露天铁矿的专业人员经过探索性研究,使用铁板卷的套筒,进行了一系列试验,最终成孔率由0~30%提高到100%,总结出一套提高掘沟成孔率的有效方法,此法对其它深凹露天矿山和类似工程有一定的参考价值。

Abstract: Nanfen Mine since hillside open pit into deep openpit,it is difficult to ditch.Especially in recent years,due to the influence of abundant groundwater,the borehole occurred serious collapse and the hole formation rate is low in the ditch blasting area.In order to solve this problem,professionals have carried on the exploratory research.And finally,the efficiency of hole formation increased from 0~30% to 100% through a series of experiments using guide sleeve of rolled iron plate.Nanfen mine has summed up a set of effective methods to improve the efficiency of hole formation,and this method has certain reference value for other similar projects.
