基于模糊层次分析法的露天矿开采安全风险分析

摘要: 露天矿山开采阶段安全事故发生频繁且事故后果严重,给人民生命财产安全带来了极大威胁,增加了露天矿山企业的生产成本,影响了生产进度。从露天矿最易发生安全事故的开采阶段出发并结合工程实例,针对露天矿开采作业阶段影响作业安全的因素进行了分析,并以模糊层次分析理论为基础,结合Matlab软件对露天矿开采阶段安全风险进行了评价,建立了一套安全风险评价体系,可为露天矿山安全开采提供重要参考。

Abstract: In open-pit mining,accidents occur frequently and have serious consequences,bringing a great threat to works and property safety.As a result,for mining enterprises not only increases the cost of production and delays the production schedules.Combined with engineering example,this article aims to study the exploitation phase which is prone to accidents,meanwhile,based on the theory of fuzzy hierarchy analysis,this article will analysis on the affect factors of safety work in the mining stage,which uses MATLAB software to calculate,to assess the risk of the open pit in the mining stage.Finally the risk assessment system will be established.The results can provide important reference for the safe mining of open mines.
