陈台沟铁矿措施井支护方案比选

摘要: 为了降低陈台沟铁矿措施井井筒支护成本、加快施工进度,根据现场地应力测试和室内试验参数测定,获得岩体地应力和围岩力学参数,采用煤炭行业千米深井井筒支护建议公式进行理论计算,提出300 mm、400 mm厚素混凝土支护和400 mm厚钢筋混凝土支护3种方案。通过仿真分析、经济性分析和施工速度对比,得到400 mm素混凝土支护情况下的安全系数为1.23,最适合现场情况。经现场施工后,井筒能够维持自身的稳定性,支护成本降低了129.32万元,工期缩短了38 d,取得了良好的效果、效益。同时将此方法应用到附近的副井井筒支护施工,工期缩短了74 d,节省成本410.32万元。素混凝土支护为类似千米以下深井井筒支护提供一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract: In order to reduce the cost of wellbore support and speed up the construction progress in Chentaigou Iron Mine,the ground stress and surrounding rock mechanics parameters are obtained according to the on-site geostress test and indoor experimental parameters.The theoretical calculations were carried out by using the recommended formula for the wellbore support of the kilometer deep well in the coal industry.Three support schemes which are 300 mm,400 mm plain concrete support and 400 mm reinforced concrete support were proposed.Through simulation analysis,economic analysis and construction speed comparison,the safety factor of 400 mm plain concrete support is 1.23.The support scheme is more suitable for the site.After on-site construction,the wellbore can maintain its own stability,the cost of support is reduced by 1 293 200 yuan,the construction period shortened by 38 d,and the good effects and economic benefits are obtained.Besides that,the scheme is applied to the adjacent auxiliary shaft well support construction,the construction period is shortened by 74 d,and the cost is saved by 4.103 2 million yuan.Therefore,it provides a certain reference for the deep wellbore support below kilometer.
