某钨多金属矿尾矿伴生萤石综合回收选矿试验

摘要: 某钨多金属矿尾矿中伴生萤石含量为25.07%,为了有效回收该萤石资源,实现资源的综合利用,对其进行了选矿试验研究。研究结果表明:以油酸钠作捕收剂,酸化水玻璃+六偏磷酸钠作为抑制剂,采用1次粗选、1次扫选、粗精矿再磨后7次精选,中矿1、中矿2返回扫选,其余中矿顺序返回的闭路流程,可获得CaF2品位为94.89%、SiO2含量为1.55%、CaCO3含量为0.34%、CaF2回收率为68.12%的萤石精矿,达到了综合回收萤石资源的目的,经济效益显著。

Abstract: CaF2 grade of the fluorite associated with a tungsten polymetallic ore tailings is 25.07%,in order to effectively recover the fluorite resource and realize the comprehensive utilization of the resource,beneficiation test was conducted.The results showed that using sodium oleate as collector,acidified sodium silicate and sodium hexametaphosphate as inhibitor,fluorite concentrate with CaF2 grade of 94.89%,SiO2 grade of 1.55%,CaCO3 grade of 0.34%,CaF2 recovery rate of 68.12% was obtained via the closed process of one roughing-one scavenging-rough concentrate regrinding-seven cleaning,middling 1and midding 2 returning to scavenging,other midding sequence return to scavenging.The purpose of comprehensive recovery of fluorite resources was achieved,economic benefits was remarkable.
