开挖影响下的岩质高陡边坡稳定性研究

摘要: 某露天矿采场为了增加矿石的可采量,采用提高边坡角和增加采深的方法进行扩帮,导致形成岩质高陡边坡。为了保证矿山的安全生产,研究岩质高陡边坡的稳定性。采用FLAC3D软件模拟,考虑边坡初始应力状态,按照实际的开挖步骤进行平衡计算,遵循从上往下、从外往内的开挖原则,对开挖过程进行适当简化,得到边坡最终的物理力学状态。结果表明,坡面垂直位移最大,坡顶水平位移最大,边坡位移速度趋于零;边坡的最小主应力和最大主应力都从下往上逐渐减小;坡脚出现剪切塑性区。由此确定边坡整体稳定,上部岩性较差处存在失稳的可能性;岩体以剪切破坏为主,坡脚处和浅层坡面的剪应力集中会影响边坡的稳定性;坡脚发生剪切破坏。边坡在开挖后需要对破坏区域进行支护,防止坡面破坏后岩体脱落,导致内部岩体层层剥落。

Abstract: In order to improve the ore production of a openpit mine,the slope extension is done by improving slope angle and increasing mining depth, so the high and steep rock slope is formed. The stability of the high and steep rock slope is done, so as to guarantee the safety production of the mine. The FLAC3D software is adopted to conduct simulation analysis, by considering the initial stress state of the slope, the balance calculation is done based on the actual excavation procedures of the slope, the slope excavation procedures is simplified under the principle of from top to down, from outside to inside, so as to analysis the final physical state of the slope. The study results show that, the vertical displacement of the slope is the largest, the horizontal displacement of the slope is the largest, the slope displacement velocity is tend to 0; the maximum principal stress and minimum principal stress are both increased from the top to the bottom of the slope; the shear plastic zone is appeared in the bottom of the slope. The above analysis results further show that, the slope is stable overall, the instability probability of upper rock unstable area is existed; the rock mass is mainly for shear failure, the slope stability can be influence by the shear stress concentration of the bottom of the slope and shallow slope; shear failure is appeared in the bottom of the slope. After the excavation of the slope, it is necessary to take support for the rock mass failure areas, so as to stop the rock mass falling and the inner rock mass falling layer by layer after the slope surface is destructed.
