摘要: 以水平定向钻进双通道钻杆为研究对象,根据定向钻进的工作原理,简述了双通道钻杆的结构设计研究,并对钻杆的强度和密封结构进行了计算。通过对钻杆的性能试验和工艺试验,验证了双通道钻杆信号传输的可靠性。

Abstract: The double-channel drill rods of horizontal directional drilling system are taken as the research objects. According to the working principal of directional drilling, the structure and designing process of the double-channel drill rods are analyzed in detail. Besides that, intensity and sealing structure of the double-channel drill are calculated. The reliability of signal transmission of the double-channel drill rods is versified by some related technological experiments.
