随钻测量定向钻进技术在煤矿水害防治中的应用

摘要: 煤矿井下随钻测量定向钻进技术具有钻进效率高和钻孔轨迹控制精确的优点,已被广泛地应用于煤矿井下瓦斯抽采和矿井地质构造勘探,近年来,也逐渐在煤矿井下的水害防治中开始得到应用。通过在赵固一矿底板注浆加固过程中随钻测量定向钻进技术的应用试验,验证了该技术在煤层底板注浆加固中具有施工效率高、加固范围广、注浆效果好的优势。

Abstract: Measurement while directional drilling technology has the characteristics of high drilling efficiency and high accurary of borehole trajectory control,therefore,it is widely applied to extract the gas in coal mine and explore the geological structure of mine.Measurement while directional drilling technology is tend to be used to deal with the water disasters in coal mine in recent years.At present,rotary drilling is main drilling construction method to prevent and control the water in coal mine,but the construction efficiency of rotary drilling is low,grouting reinforcement scope of rotary drilling is small and reinforcement effects are not so good.The equipments of measurement while directional drilling and drilling technology are discussed so as to do some research on the application of measurement while directional drilling technology in the process of grouting reinforcement the coal seam floor in Zhaogu No.1 coal mine.The research results prove that,measurement while directional drilling technology has the advantage of high construction efficiency, wide reinforcement scope and perfect grouting effect.
