露天深孔爆破崩落法处理地下采空区实践

摘要: 袁家村露天铁矿经过多年的地下无序开采,存在大量采空区。根据现场实际,以1740-10-空7#为研究对象,使用澳瑞凯高精度毫秒非电雷管,采用逐孔起爆一次爆破崩落法对空区进行了成功的处理,效果良好。在保证露天采矿生产进度的同时,消除了采空区的安全隐患。

Abstract: Yuanjiacun Open-pit iron mine has a lot of mined-out areas by disordered underground mining after many years. According to the characteristics of underground mined-out area of Yuanjiacun Open-pit iron mine, the 1740-10-7# mined-out area is processed by the blasting caving method at a time by hole-by-hole blasting based on the Orica high precision millisecond non-electric detonator. The research results show that, the method of this paper can eliminate the potential safety hazard and ensure the production progress of open-pit iron mine at the same time.
