某有色金属矿山井下通风系统改造的设计

摘要: 从通风井和通风方式的选择、矿井风量和风压的计算及通风机主风扇和电动机的选型等几个方面对某有色金属矿山井下通风系统进行了改造设计,使得通风系统的各项指标达到《金属非金属矿山安全规程》的要求,通风构造物对风量和风压起到了调节作用,较好地控制风流短路和漏风,设计方案对类似矿山通风系统的优化改造有较好的借鉴作用。

关键词: 矿井通风, 风量计算, 设备选型, 系统改造

Abstract: In order to make all the indexes of the ventilation system meet the requirements of “the metal non-metal mines safety regulation”,the design work of the improvement of a non-ferrous metal mine ventilation system is carried out from the perspective of the selection of the ventilating shaft and ventilation pattern,the calculation of the mine air and air pressure,the choice of model of the main fan and motor.According to the designing scheme,the air volume and air pressure can be adjusted by the ventilation structure and the short circuit and air leakage are controlled effectively.Therefore,the designing scheme of this paper can provide some reference for the ventilation system optimization improvement of some similar mines.
