深孔爆破成井在谦比希铜矿中的应用

摘要: 谦比西铜矿700~900ml主矿体采用下向落矿分段嗣后充填法进行回采,针对采场切割天井施工需要,提出深孔分段爆破成井工艺,对该工艺的炮孔参数、装药结构和起爆方式进行了计算和设计,实际爆破效果表明:深孔分段爆破在谦比希铜矿具有很好的适用性,为类似工程提供了参考。

Abstract: Sublevel subsequent filling with downward deep hole ore blasting mining method was used in 700~900ml in Chambishi Copper Mine. According to the construction of cutting shaft, the deep hole step blasting to form cutting shaft is put forward. Blast hole parameters,charging structure,denotation way are designed and calculated.The practical blasting effects show that,deep hole step blasting has perfect applicability in Chambishi copper mine.So,it can provide some reference for some relative engineering.
