某难选多金属矿硫砷分离试验

摘要: 针对某难选铅锌锡多金属矿,铅锌回收后选硫时硫精矿中砷超标的问题,进行了先磁选后浮选与先浮选后磁选的流程对比试验,确定采用先磁选后浮选流程对硫砷分离效果较好。试样经过磁选后获得硫精矿与磁选尾矿经一粗二精二扫浮选后得到硫精矿合并,此时得到的硫精矿品位40.65%、回收率90.28%,硫精矿中砷的品位0.37%,达到了分离试验的要求。

Abstract: A Refractory metal zinc tin ore, lead and zinc recovery after the election of sulfur, sulfur concentrate arsenic exceeded; Carried out after the first magnetic float and float after the first magnetic flow comparison test to determine, After magnetic processing, and one roughing two cleaning two scavenging flotation sulfur, then combined two parts of sulfur concentrate together, got the sulfur concentrate with grade of Sulfur 40.65%, recovery of Sulfur 90.28%, and grade of arsenic 0.37%.
