从废弃稀土荧光粉中萃取分离Y和Eu

摘要: 针对废弃荧光粉中稀土元素在两相中的不同分配比,采用溶剂萃取分离的方法进行稀土回收试验。考察了萃取剂配比、相比、平衡水相pH及料液浓度的影响。得出最佳条件为:环烷酸配比为25%环烷酸+20%异辛醇+55%磺化煤油,相比为1∶1,平衡水相pH=4.5,料液的浓度为0.08 g/mL盐酸。在此条件下进行错流萃取得到的稀土产品,Y2O3的纯度为98.57%,Eu2O3的纯度为1.21%,稀土总含量可达到99.78%,实现了钇和铕的分离。

Abstract: Aiming at different distribution ratio of rare earth elements of waste phosphor in two-phase, rare earth recovery test was done by using solvent extraction separation. Influence of extractant ratio, phase comparison, balance water phase pH and feed concentration to effect were investigated. The best conditions were obtained, naphthenic acid ratio was 25% naphthenic acid +20% isooctyl alcohol +55% sulfonated kerosene, phase comparison 1∶1, balance water phase pH=4.5, concentration of solid to liquid was 0.08 g/mL hydrochloride. Rare earth product obtained after cross-current extraction under these condition, purity of Y2O3  and Eu2O3 was 98.57% and 1.21%,rare earth total content could reach to 99.78%, separation of yttrium and europium was realized.
