摘要 就7种助磨剂对湖北某磁铁矿助磨效果进行了研究。结果表明,在磨矿浓度为70%、磨矿时间为2 min情况下,添加适量的助磨剂对磁铁矿的磨矿均有较显著的助磨作用。其中石灰、六偏磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、焦磷酸钠能较大幅度地提高球磨排矿产品中0.075~0.045 mm粒级的含量;而氢氧化钠、硅酸钠、碳酸钠能较大幅提高球磨产品中-0.045 mm粒级的含量。过量助磨剂不但没有助磨作用,反而不利于磨矿。

Abstract: Research was done on grinding effect of 7 kinds of grinding aids to a magnetite in Hubei Province. The results indicated, under the condition of grinding concentration 70%,grinding time 2 min, proper grinding aids were all have remarkable grinding aid effect for grinding of magnetite. Lime, sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium pyrophosphate could increase the content of 0.075~0.045 mm size fraction in milling mineral discharging products greatly; sodium hydroxide, sodium silicate, sodium carbonate could increase the content of -0.045 mm size fraction in milling products greatly. Excess grinding aids not only have no grinding aid effect, instead it is against grinding.
