一种新型乳化炸药物理敏化材料的研究

摘要: 利用珍珠岩、玻璃微珠和A1微粒3种材料进行全物理敏化制备乳化炸药 ,对敏化效果和乳化炸药性能进行测试和比较。结果表明:使用A1微粒敏化的乳化炸药各项性能指标均优于珍珠岩敏化,略好于玻璃微珠,且A1微粒具有环保、无污染等优点,值得进一步研究。

Abstract: Emulsion explosive was prepared through whole physical sensitization by using perlite, glass bead and A1 particle ,test and comparison were done on sensitizing effect and emulsion explosive performance, the results showed: all the performance indexs of emulsion explosive through sensitization by A1particle were all better than perlite sensitization and slightly better than glass bead, A1particle had advantages like environmental protection, pollution-free and so on, it was worth to study further.
