摘要: 分析了江西某钼矿的有用矿物组成及粒度特征,通过试验确定了该矿物浮选分离的合适磨矿细度、粗浮选合适的捕收剂煤油和起泡剂松醇油的用量、1次精选的抑制剂Na2S的用量、1次扫选捕收剂煤油和起泡剂松醇油的用量,并对探索试验确定的1粗1扫6精闭路流程进行了试验,获得了钼品位45.23%,回收率85.14%的钼精矿。

Abstract: Valuable mineral composition and grain size characteristics of a molybdenum mine in Jiangxi province were analyzed, suitable grinding fineness of flotation separation, suitable dosage of kerosene as collector and pine camphor oil as frother of rough flotation, dosage of Na2S as inhibitor of one concentrating, dosage of kerosene as collector and pine camphor oil as frother of one time scavenging of this mineral were confirmed through test, and test was done on one roughing, one scavenging, six times concentration close circuits which confirmed in searching test, molybdenum concentrates with molybdenum grade 45.23% and recovery rate 85.14% were obtained.
