降低中深孔爆破炸药单耗方法的研究

摘要: 通过对影响炸药单耗因素的分析,提出了一种基于加权聚类分析的炸药单耗分级方法,进而提出了采用增加自由面个数、大孔底距小抵抗线的孔网参数、调整装药结构等有效措施,以达到降低中深孔爆破炸药单耗的目的。同时结合首云铁矿采空区处理的科研课题,更加有力地论证了以上有效措施的应用降低了中深孔爆破炸药单耗。

Abstract: Through the analysis of factors which influence unit explosive consumption, an unit explosive consumption classification method based on weighted clustering analysis is proposed. Then put forward effective measures of increasing the number of free surface, spacing pattern parameter of large hole distance and small resistance line,adjusting explosives structure is put forward to achieve the goal of reducing the unit explosive consumption of medium-length hole blasting. At the same time combining with the scientific research task of mined-out area disposal in Shouyun iron ore, demonstrated effectively the application of effective measures have reduced the unit explosive consumption of medium-length hole blasting.
