摘要: 无底柱分段崩落采矿法在国内外矿山应用广泛,但在实际生产中对矿石贫化损失较难控制,而贫损指标的优劣又取决于放出体的形态,因此研究放出体形态对控制贫化与损失具有重要的意义。结合首云铁矿采场结构参数优化的课题,针对矿山采场设计参数进行分析,通过室内物理模拟实验,揭示了进路宽度与放出体形态的变化规律。

Abstract: Pillarless sublevel caving mining method has been used widely in the mine both at home and abroad, which is difficult to control the loss of ore dilution in the practical production. However, the loss and dilution index depend on shape of falling ore ellipsoid. So it is significant to research the falling ore ellipsoid shapes to control the ore loss and dilution. Combined with the project of stope structural parameter optimization of Shouyun iron ore, design parameter of stope was analyzed. Through indoor physical simulation test, the changing laws between drift width and ore ellipsoid shape was uncovered.
