露天矿排土场深厚软基固结处理研究

摘要: 深厚软土地基的加固对排土场边坡的稳定具有重要意义。基于砂井固结理论对某排 土场深厚软基固结进行研究,分析了不同时间、不同加载厚度下深厚软基的固结程度,确定了竖向排 水系统的深度和间距,优化了深厚软基堆载预压时间和分层高度。研究结果表明,堆载预压条件下 的平均固结度随时间增加呈现对数形式增长,而地基的抗剪强度随固结度增加呈现指数形式增大; 利用GeoStudio 对加固后排土场的稳定性进行了分析,求解得到排土场安全系数为1.190,满足安全性 要求。本研究成果可为排土场深厚软基排水固结处理工程提供技术支撑。

Abstract: The reinforcement of deep soft soil foundation is of great significance to the stability of dump slope. Based on the consolidation theory of sand well,the consolidation of deep soft foundation in a dump is studied. The consolidation degree of deep soft foundation under different time and different loading thickness is analyzed. The depth and spacing of vertical drainage system are determined,and the preloading time and layered height of deep soft foundation are optimized. The results show that the average consolida⁃ tion degree under surcharge preloading increases logarithmically with time,while the shear strength of the foundation increases exponentially with the increase of consolidation degree. The stability of the reinforced dump is analyzed by GeoStudio,and the safety factor of the dump is 1.190,which meets the safety requirements. The research results can provide technical support for the drainage consolidation treatment project of deep soft foundation in dump.
