大地精煤矿近距离煤层同采面错距和巷道布置研究

摘要: 为合理确定大地精煤矿近距离煤层同采工作面错距及巷道布置方式,采用滑移线场理论分析上部煤回采后对下部底板的破坏特征,结合煤层地质条件,得出上煤层开采后对底板的最大破坏深度为9.35 m;在稳压区和减压区2种错距理论下,得出同采煤层错距范围,经过对比近距离煤层夹层厚度和下煤顶板完整程度等因素,确定采用减压区布置,最小错距为16.75~29.85 m;通过数值模拟分析,得出重叠式巷道布置下上区段煤柱和下煤层巷道应力场叠加,确定5-2煤回采巷道内错式布置,内错距为6 m。理论数值计算辅之数值模拟分析确定该矿同采面合理错距和巷道布置方式,指导实际生产。

Abstract: In order to determine the reasonable staggered distance and roadway layout of the close coal seam and the same working face in Dadijing Coal Mine ,the failure characteristics of the upper coal seam to the lower floor after mining are analyzed by using the slip line field theory.Combined with the geological conditions of the coal seam of the mine,the maximum failure depth of the upper coal seam to the floor after mining is 9.35 m.Based on the two kinds of stagger distance theories of pressure stabilizing area and pressure reducing area,the range of staggered distance of the same mining coal seam is obtained.After comparing the factors such as the thickness of the interlayer of the short-distance coal seam and the integrity of the lower coal roof,it is determined that the theory of mining in the pressure reducing area is more reasonable,the minimum stagger distance is 16.75~29.85 m.Through the numerical simulation analysis,the superposition of the stress field of the lower and upper coal pillars and the lower coal seam roadway is found,and the internal staggered layout of the 5-2 coal mining roadway is determined,the internal staggered distance is 6 m.Through theoretical numerical calculation and numerical simulation analysis,the reasonable staggered distance and roadway layout of the same mining face are obtained to guide the production of the mine.
