Abstract: In order to improve the gold recovery rate of a low-grade gold mine in Jiangxi Province and realize the efficient enrichment of gold-bearing minerals, the flotation recovery process test is carried out according to the characteristics that gold in the ore mainly occurs in pyrite and arsenopyrite. On the ba⁃ sis of the study of raw ore properties, the flotation conditions such as grinding fineness and the types and dosage of regulators, activators and collectors are systematically optimized, and the open and closed cir⁃ cuit process tests are carried out.The results show that the gold grade of raw ore is 2.01 g/t,and the main gold-bearing minerals are pyrite and arsenopyrite. Under the conditions of grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 75%,sodium carbonate dosage of 600 g/t,copper sulfate dosage of 50 g/t,combined collector isoamyl so⁃ dium xanthate and ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate total dosage of 150 g/t(mass ratio of 4∶1),2# oil dosage of 22.5 g/t,the gold concentrate with gold grade of 42.12 g/t and gold recovery of 90.59% is ob⁃ tained by using the closed-circuit process of two roughing, two scavenging and two cleaning, and the mid⁃ dle ore returning in sequence. It provides a technical reference for the flotation recovery of similar refracto⁃ ry gold-bearing ore.
