Abstract: In order to effectively strengthen the efficient comprehensive utilization of mineral resourc⁃ es and solve the technical problem of difficult separation of symbiotic valuable minerals copper，lead and zinc in polymetallic ore，the copper-lead-zinc sequential preferential flotation process is studied for a cop⁃ per-lead-zinc polymetallic ore in Huili，Sichuan.Through systematic process mineralogy research and flo⁃ tation condition test，the sequential preferential flotation technical route of zinc inhibition and lead flota⁃ tion copper，zinc inhibition and lead flotation，and final zinc flotation is established.The test results show that under the optimal test conditions，the copper concentrate with copper grade of 24.15% and copper re⁃ covery of 45.46%，the lead concentrate with lead grade of 65.92% and lead recovery of 57.02%，and the zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 57.98% and zinc recovery of 78.01% are obtained in the closed-circuit test. It provides technical direction and practical basis for the clean and efficient comprehensive utilization of complex polymetallic ore，and is of great significance to improve the economic benefits and resource guarantee ability of the mine.
