Study on Influence of Hole Diameter on Blasting Funnel Test

Blasting funnel test is an important means to determine reasonable blasting parameters,
and the hole diameter will affect the results of blasting funnel test. In order to study the influence of the hole
diameters on the test results of the blasting funnel,the numerical simulation software ANSYS/LS-DYNA is
used to establish 6 groups of blasting funnel models with different hole diameters,and the law of the optimal
proportional burial depth changing with the hole diameter is obtained through calculation. The results show
that the optimal proportional buried depth of the blasting funnel increases as a power function with the in⁃
crease of the diameter of the hole,and the growth rate increases gradually. The cubic functional relationship
between the two is obtained by fitting. The research results can provide reference for field blasting funnel test
and parameter optimization.
