Deformation Mechanism and Control Technology of Surrounding Rock in Stress Zone of Tunneling Roadway

Abstract: When the 450~530 m section of 2305 Lane passes through the F7 fault stress area,the roof sinks,breaks,and the support fails,and the surrounding rock deformation phenomena such as side slope of the stress area and large displacement occur. The analysis shows that the surrounding rock deforma⁃ tion of 2305 lane is mainly caused by structural stress,surrounding rock characteristics,support strength, support design and other reasons. According to the actual production situation,the joint treatment mea⁃ sures of "grouting +jw anchor cable hanging shed + π steel shed" are taken for the roof,The combined sup⁃ port technology of "advance pipe shed grouting + Truss Bolt" is adopted for the roadway side of the fault. According to the actual application effect,after the comprehensive treatment technology is adopted in the roadway stress area,the roof subsidence is controlled below 0.17 m,and the depth of the roadway side slope is controlled below 0.40 m,which improves the roadway forming rate in the stress area and ensures the safe and rapid tunneling of the roadway.
