Abstract: The heap leaching yard of the Laypitang Open-pit Copper Mine in Myanmar uses vehicles stacking. The problem of ore over-diameter ratio exceeding the standard and not meeting the quality re⁃ quirements of vehicle stacking often occurs during construction. In order to solve the quality control prob⁃ lems in each process of vehicle stacking，the characteristics of each construction process are comprehen⁃ sively analyzed，and practical quality control measures are proposed. Through a clear goal，division of re⁃ sponsibility，full supervision mode，the over-diameter ore problem is controled from multi-gate.
