Abstract: In order to adapt to the new situation of China's oil and gas system reform and realize the sustained，healthy and high-quality development of the natural gas industry in Guizhou Province，it is nec⁃ essary to carry out scientific planning from the operation mechanism and construction form of the natural gas production-supply-storage-sale system. Based on the current situation and existing problems of the pro⁃ duction，supply，storage and marketing system in Guizhou Province，this paper puts forward the operation and dispatching mechanism of the natural gas production，supply，storage and marketing system in Gui⁃ zhou Province. The mechanism has the scientific functions of the provincial scientific dispatching system， the prediction and early warning mechanism of natural gas supply and demand，the supply guarantee emer⁃ gency system，the safe operation mechanism of natural gas and the dynamic management ability，so as to effectively ensure the safe and efficient supply of natural gas in Guizhou Province and the gas needs of peo⁃ ple's livelihood. It has guiding significance for promoting the coordinated and stable development of natural gas upstream，middle and downstream in Guizhou Province.
