Abstract: Longmen County，Guangdong Province is rich in geothermal resources. This work takes the Laiwu geothermal field in Longtian Town，Longmen County as an example，deepens the understanding of the geothermal geological conditions of the geothermal field through geothermal geological survey，geo⁃ thermal drilling engineering and temperature measurement，and preliminarily discusses the causes and prospecting prospects of the geothermal resources in the middle and deep layers of the geothermal field. Comprehensive analysis shows that Laiwu geothermal field is a hydrothermal geothermal system controlled by fault structure and lithology，and has good development potential.
