Abstract: Open-pit mine is a large-scale production enterprise with stripping as the core and han⁃ dling as the link. The efficiency of equipment and the level of production organization largely determine the benefits of the enterprise. The composition of intelligent truck dispatching system in open-pit mine，the key technology of intelligent dispatching and the practical application effect of card dispatching system are introduced. Based on the new generation of wireless communication technology，high-precision positioning technology，intelligent vehicle terminal equipment and linear programming theory，the mathematical model of mine traffic flow planning is established，and the traffic flow calculation on each optimal path is complet⁃ ed on the principle of realizing the maximum output under the premise of a certain number of vehicles，So as to achieve the goal of efficient and free dispatching of open-air trucks. The intelligent card dispatching system of open-pit mine and the ore blending information and production plan information of digital mining software platform can realize the stability of mine ore grade. The future development direction of intelligent truck dispatching system in open-pit mine is unmanned open-pit mining，but it is also necessary to further improve the collaborative operation technology level of high-precision positioning technology，intelligent hazard perception technology，communication technology and other mine systems.
