Abstract: In order to realize the comprehensive utilization of refractory and extremely poor iron ore， improve the output of iron concentrate，stabilize the grade of concentrate，reduce the cost and increase the efficiency and balance the economic benefit，aiming at a series of problems existing in the production in Washan concentrator，the parallel high pressure roller mill process of extremely poor magnetite is put for⁃ ward. The domestic high pressure roller mill，Shenke wet double screen and other crushing and separating equipment are introduced to realize the successful application of the parallel process of high pressure roller mill. Through the actual operation optimization of the high pressure roller mill，the concentrate grade is sta⁃ bilized，the production capacity of the concentrator is improved，and a series of problems restricting the de⁃ velopment of the concentrator are solved，and the comprehensive benefits were remarkable.
