Abstract: Aiming at the problems existing in the production of a concentrator，the problems were an⁃ alyzed systematically based on the inspection results of the production process. The results showed the prob⁃ lems including poor grinding and grading effect，large cyclic load，low screening efficiency of fine screen， unreasonable concentration of multiple products and worse dissociation degree of grinding products. In view of these problems，a series of reform suggestions were put forward. The implementation of the reform pro⁃ posal has achieved the effect of quality stabilization，tailings reduction，emission reduction and production increase.
