Abstract: A copper ore in Jiangxi is affected by the increase of copper oxidation rate.The production index of the ore dressing plant is not ideal.In order to solve the problem of unsuitability of the onsite process,the ore dressing test was carried out on the basis of the new collector W1.The results show that the oreground to grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 64%,via two roughing two scavenging,+0.074 mm in coarse concentrate reground to -0.074 mm 96.5% and mixed with undersize via one roughing three cleaning two scavenging process,a copper concentrate with copper grade of 19.38% and copper recovery of 7384% was obtained.
