Abstract: In order to promote mining efficiency and reduce mining cost under the premise of ensuring safety of production, based on the actual situation of Longshou Mine,by using ANSYS finite element 3D simulation software, the 3D model of hexagon access in Longshou Mine is established. The influence of waist width of the four hexagonal accesses with the parameters of 4 m×4 m×5 m(rectangular access),4 m×5 m×5 m,4 m×6 m×5 m,4 m×7 m×5 m on the stability of α access of backfilling body is studied. The results show that the waist width has a significant effect on the maximum principal stress, minimum principal stress and overall displacement of different shapes of accesses, especially for the rectangular access, compared with the other 3 sets of hexagonal accesses, the maximum principal stress, minimum principal stress and maximum displacement are 3 times,14 times and 30 times different from the maximum and minimum values. However, the waist width of the access has little influence on the access specifications of the same shape, and the difference between the maximum and minimum values in the three aspects of the study is 1.40 times,3.48 times and 22.75 times. In general, with the increasing of waist with of the access, the rectangular access with 4 m waist width will greatly affects the stability of the backfilling body. The hexagon access with 5~7 m waist width has little influence on the stability of backfilling body.In the actual production, only partial support and management are needed for α access of backfilling body, the good production effects would be achieved. The above study results provide a basis for the further discussion of the mining methods and the stability of backfilling body access.
