In order to solve the problem of freezing of fine coal transportation in winter and the difficulty of coal unloading caused by the bond of fine coal on the inner wall of the carriage,it is necessary to evenly spray antifreeze on the inner wall and bottom of the carriage body before loading the carriage.And when the fine coal enters the buffer warehouse,the antifreeze is sprayed into the coal flow.In order to save the antifreeze,it is required to stop spraying at the interval between the two cars.By upgrading the anti-freeze liquid system,automatic control is realized between the car spraying and the coal flow spraying in the buffer tank,which solves the problem of environmental pollution caused by the non-stop spraying between the two cars,and saves manpower and a large amount of anti-freeze liquid.In the design and component selection,the bad conditions such as cold environment and wind direction are fully considered,so that the system can work reliably.
