Abstract: In order to solve the problem of skip overload in main shaft hoisting,based on the original control system,the key technologies of emergency stop protection,speed protection and skip redundant coal protection of quantitative machine operating platform were studied and designed respectively in Chensilou Coal Mine.It has been applied in the field main well loading quantitative airport.Practice shows that the key technology transformation of overload protection has achieved good safety and economic benefits,ensured the reliability and stability of the main shaft hoisting skip safety lifting,and has reference significance.
