某低品位铁矿石的选矿工艺研究

Study on Mineral Processing Technology of a Lowgrade Iron Ore

摘要: 对某低品位磁铁矿石进行了可选性实验研究,研究结果表明,该矿石为粗粒嵌布低品位磁铁矿石,阶段磨选工艺可有效实现节能减排、降本增效的目标。其适宜的磨矿细度为一、二段磨矿产品-200目含量分别占60%和85%;粗选、精选磁场强度均为120 kA/m。最终精矿铁品位达66.58%,回收率达81.34%,取得较好的选矿技术指标。

Abstract: Washability experimental research was done on a lowgrade magnetic iron ore, research result indicates, this ore belongs to coarse grain disseminated lowgrade magnetic iron ore, staged grinding technology could realize energysaving and emissionreduction, cost decreasing and effect increasing effectively. Suitable grinding fineness is -200 mesh content of the first and secondary stage ore grinding product take 60% and 85% separately; magnetic density of rough concentration and ore concentrate both are 120 kA/m。Finally iron grade of ore concentrate reached to 66.58%,recovery rate reached to 81.34%,a good beneficiation technical indicators were obtained.
