黄铁矿浮选适宜工艺技术条件研究

摘要: 为了了解影响黄铁矿高效回收的因素,对黄铁矿纯矿物进行了浮选矿浆pH值、捕收剂种类及用量、矿浆浓度、给矿粒度、浮选时间等工艺技术参数的考察。结果表明,在pH值为2、捕收剂SP-1用量为40 mg/L、起泡剂2#油用量为20 mg/L、矿浆浓度为12%、给矿粒度为74~26 μm、浮选时间为4 min情况下,黄铁矿的浮选回收率为96.1%;在其他试验条件相同情况下,实验室研发的新型捕收剂SP-1对黄铁矿的捕收效果明显优于丁基黄药。关键词: 黄铁矿|浮选|捕收剂SP-1|浮选工艺技术参数

Abstract: In order to understand the factors affecting the efficient recovery of pyrite,the technological parameters of flotation pulp pH,the type and amount of collector,pulp concentration,ore feeding granularity and flotation time on pure pyrite were investigated.The results show that the flotation recovery of pyrite is 96.1% when pH is 2,SP-1 dosage is 40 mg/L,foaming agent 2# oil dosage is 20 mg/L,pulp concentration is 12%,feeding particle size is 74~26 μm,and flotation time is 4 min.Under the same conditions of other tests,the collective performance the new collector SP-1 developed by the laboratory is obviously better than butyl xanthate.
