载金活性炭的常压解吸条件优化研究

摘要: 通过实验室解吸试验,研究了解吸液组成、置换率和单次循环周期对载金活性炭解吸速度和解吸率的影响。结果表明,单次循环周期对载金活性炭的解吸率和解吸速率影响最为显著,缩短单次循环周期可以大幅度提高载金活性炭的解吸率和解吸速率;单次循环周期短时,解吸液中配入少量NaCN即可提高载金活性炭的解吸率,置换率对载金活性炭的解吸过程影响最不显著。

Abstract: The effects of desorption solution composition,replacement rate and single cycle time on the desorption rate and desorption ratio of gold-bearing activated carbon (abbreviated to Au-bearing AC) were studied through laboratory desorption tests.The results showed that single cycle time was the significant factor for desorption of Au-bearing AC,the desorption rate and desorption ratio could improved dramatically by shorten the single cycle time;Addition of small amount of NaCN could increase the desorption ratio of Au-bearing AC at lower single cycle time,however,the effect of replacement rate was least significant for Au-bearing AC desorption.
