摘要 山西某煤矿在掘进15102运输顺槽到375 m时,受到15101工作面采空区积水影响,巷道顶板出现了大量淋水,通过K2灰岩的裂隙和锚索、锚杆钻孔渗出,迎头顶板淋水出水量近30 m3/h,采掘接替受到严重影响。根据水害防治经验和研究分析,制定了分段注浆加固的技术方案,在15102运输顺槽通尺375~660 m段和720~1 705 m段,采用硫铝酸水泥复合材料进行注浆加固;针对660~720 m阶段顶板岩层构造裂隙发育,实施超前化学浆液立体封堵加固。实践表明:该方案可以在有效防治顶板淋水的同时提高工作面施工的安全系数,能够有效排除采空区富水区域对工作面的威胁。

Abstract: A coal mine in Shanxi Province is affected by the accumulation of water in the goaf of 15101 working face when the excavation 15102 is transported to 375 m.The roof of the roadway showed a large amount of water,which is leaked through the cracks of the K2 limestone and anchor rope and bolt.The amount of water in the roof of the roadway heading is nearly 30 m3/h,and the mining succession is seriously affected.According to the experience of water damage prevention and research analysis,a technical scheme of segmented grouting reinforcement is developed.The 15102 transport slot pass—through 375~660 m section and 720~1 705 m section are used for grouting reinforcement with sulphoaluminate cement composite;for the 660~720 m section,roof rock stratum tectonic development,three—dimensional sealing and reinforcement is done by using advanced chemical slurry.The practice show that the scheme can effectively prevent the roof from dripping water while improving the safety factor of the construction of working face,besides that,the threat of goaf water—rich area to working face can be avoided effectively.
