山鑫煤矿薄基岩厚煤层分层综放工作面 支架适用性分析

Adaptability Analysis of Support for Fully Mechanized Caving Working Face in Thin Bedrock Thick Coal Seam of Shanxin Coal Mine

摘要: 为分析山鑫煤矿浅埋深综放开采条件下的顶板来压规律,指导矿山安全开采,对该矿18041综放工作面采用KJ21型矿山压力监测系统进行了观测。结合观测结果从支架初末阻力、支架增阻特征、支架工作阻力频率分布、平衡千斤顶受力等方面对综放支架的适用性进行了分析,认为支架适用性较好,选型合理。

Abstract: In order to analyze the law of roof pressure under the condition of shallow sublevel caving in Shanxin Coal Mine and guide the safe mining in the mine,KJ21 type mining pressure monitoring system is adopted for the the observation for 18041 fully mechanized caving working face.By using the mine pressure monitoring system,the adaptability of the fully—mechanized caving support is analyzed from the aspects of the initial and final resistance of the support,the increasing resistance of the support,frequency distribution of the working resistance of the support and the balance of the force of the jack.The results show that support adaptability of the working face is good,support selection is reasonable.
