四川甘洛某氧化铜矿石浮选试验

Flotation Test on Oxidized Copper Ore in Ganluo,Sichuan Province

摘要: 甘洛铜矿石铜品位平均为1.96%,有害元素含量极低。矿石自然类型单一,铜矿物以孔雀石为主。为实现该铜矿石的有效回收利用,采用混合浮选工艺进行选矿试验。结果表明,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm 77%、活化剂硫化钠用量3 000 g/t,组合捕收剂丁基黄药+丁基铵黑药+羟肟酸钠用量120+60+30 g/t条件下,采用2粗2扫4精混合浮选闭路流程处理矿石,可获得铜品位24.07%、回收率77.12%的铜精矿,损失在尾矿中的铜矿物孔雀石主要与铁质混杂、多充填在裂隙或显微裂隙内,粒度微细,单体解离非常困难,因此难以回收。

Abstract: The average grade of Ganluo copper ore is 1.96%,the content of harmful elements are extremely low.The natural type of ore is single,malachite is the main metal mineral.In order to realize the effective recovery and utilization of the copper ore,the bulk flotation process was used to beneficiation test.The result show that it could get copper grade of 24.07% and 77.12% recovery copper concentrate at grinding fineness of -0.074 mm accounted for 77%,under two roughing,four cleaning and two scavenging closed circuit bulk flotation process,with sodium sulfide dosage 3 000 g/t,the combined collector(butyl xanthate+butyl ammonium+hydroximic acid) dosage 120+60+30 g/t,but it's hard to recycle the malachite lost in tailings,which is mixed with iron,filling in cracks or micro-cracks,with finer grain size,the mineral liberation is very difficult,so it is difficult to be recovered.
