水压裂技术在某“三硬”结构煤层顶板治理中的应用

摘要: 针对煤矿坚硬顶板断裂引起的顶板动力灾害越来越多的现象,在巴彦高勒煤矿1103工作面的顶板中应用了水压裂技术,并利用现场观测、钻孔窥视和微震监测等手段,对水压裂的效果进行了检验,同时与爆破断顶效果进行了对比。结果表明:当注水压力超过30 MPa,压裂时间大于30 min 时,有效压裂范围超过15 m;工作面在水压裂区推采时,微震事件的总能量、平均能量大幅下降,发生大能量微震事件的危险性显著降低,并且下降幅度高于工作面在断顶爆破区域推采时。

Abstract: There are more and more dynamic disaster when the hard roof is broken, so the hyaraulic fracturing technology was used on the 1103 working face. It tested the ruslt by field observations, borehole imaging, micro-seismic monitoring, and compared with the effect of the bursting roof. It was found that the transverse fracturing radius was greater than 15 m, and the longitudinal fracturing radius was greater than 9 m when hydraulic pressure was more than 30 MPa and the time was more than 30 min, the average energy and total energy of microseismic evented dropped sharply when the work face was in the area of hydraulic fracturing, and the falling range was more than the burst area.
