无速度传感器新型矿用异步电机矢量控制系统仿真研究

摘要: 为提升矿用异步电机在复杂使用环境下的可靠性及减少系统成本,将异步电机矢量控制技术与无速度传感器技术相结合,设计了矿用异步电机无速度传感器矢量控制系统。介绍分析了矢量控制技术和SVPWM调制技术,将模型参考自适应思想引入到无速度传感器设计中,并借助Matlab/SimuLink仿真软件对所设计系统进行仿真模拟。仿真结果表明:设计的无速度传感器矢量控制系统具有良好的静态特性和动态特性,说明该无速度传感器矢量控制系统在矿用电机控制领域具有很好的应用价值。

Abstract: In order to improve the reliability and reduce the system cost of mine asynchronous motor in complex service environment,a speed sensorless vector control system for mine asynchronous motor was designed by combining the asynchronous motor vector control technology with the speed sensorless technology.This paper analyzed vector control technology and SV PWM modulation technology,introduced the idea of model reference self-adaptation into the design of speed sensorless,and simulated the designed system with MATLAB/Simulink simulation software.Simulation results showed that the designed speed sensorless vector control system had good static and dynamic characteristics。It stated that the speed sensorless vector control system has good application values in the field of mine motor control.
