安徽罗河铁矿生产爆破孔网参数优化

摘要: 分析了罗河铁矿生产过程中爆破工艺存在的不足,根据该矿的岩石力学性质,对爆破参数进行了优化。现场试验表明:优化后采场爆破炸药单耗得以降低,分段采场粉矿减少,阶段采场大块率明显降低,扇形孔穿孔直接吨矿成本由设计初期的6.39元/t降低为5.05元/t。

Abstract: The shortage of blasting technology in the production process of Luohe Iron Mine is analyzed,according to the the rock mechanics properties of the mine,the blasting parameters are optimized.The field test show that the single consumption of stope blasting explosive is reduced,the silt mine is reduced,the mass rate of the stage stope is obviously reduced and the cost of the direct ton mine of the fan hole perforation is reduced from 6.39 yuan/t in the early design to 5.05 yuan/t at present.
