复杂环境下框架式水塔定向爆破拆除技术

摘要: 框架式水塔爆破拆除时,易出现后坐现象,且飞石较难控制。以某4个立柱式框架结构水塔爆破拆除为例,该水塔距离幼儿园楼房仅4 m,且位于山坡上,倒塌长度和宽度有限。合理设计了前后排立柱延期时间,将最后一响承重立柱增加为3个;采用覆盖包裹防护加强防护、近体防护和保护性防护相结合的加强防护;对倒塌区域蓄水池罐体落地处开挖一定范围的坑堤。经过精心设计、精细施工、加强防护,使得爆破后水塔倒塌准确,所有爆破危害效应都得到了有效控制,且未出现后坐现象,对于类似工程有一定的借鉴意义。 

Abstract: When framed water tower is demolished,it is prone to recoil,and the flying stone is difficult to control.Taking the blasting demolition of a water tower with four columns frame structure as an example,it is only 4 m away from the kindergarten building,and it is located on the hillside,the length and width of the collapse are limited.Through the reasonable design of the extension time of front and rear columns,and the last load-bearing column is increased to 3;strengthening protection by combining cover protection method,near-body protection and protective protection;excavating a certain range of pits at the landing of the tank in the collapsed area.Through careful design,fine construction and strengthening protection,the water tower collapsed accurately after the blasting.All of the blasting hazard effects are effectively controlled,and there is no recoil, which can provide reliable reference for the similar engineerings.
