摘要: 针对同发东周窑千万吨矿井建设的实际情况,综合分析了“提、通、压、排”大型固定设备、供配电系统、采掘运设备及辅助设施的机电设备选型设计、安装、运行等关键技术,优选出了一整套适合于千万吨矿井的机电成套装备,并针对存在的问题提出了改进建议,可为同类条件下千万吨矿井机电装备配套建设提供参考。

Abstract: In view of the actual construction of Tongfa Dongzhouyao ten million tons coal mine,the comprehensive analysis of the selection,design and installation of key electromechanical device such as fixed equipment (hoister,ventilator,pressurized nitrogen making facilities and dewatering pump) with large scale,power supply and distribution systems,mining and transportation equipment,and auxiliary facilities is done,a set of electromechanical equipment that is suitable for ten million tons mine is determined.Besides that,according to the existing problems during the equipment selection,some corresponding suggestions are given.The above study results can provide reliable reference for the supporting construction of the electromechanical equipment of the similar ten million tons mines.
