立式离心机回收安徽某细粒铁尾矿试验

Experiment on Recovery of a Fine Iron Tailings by Vertical Chute-centrifuge in Anhui Province

摘要: 针对安徽某铁品位为16.56%,主要以赤褐铁矿形式存在的细粒级弱磁选铁尾矿细粒级矿物中铁流失的问题,进行了强磁选—筛分—螺旋溜槽粗选—离心机精选试验研究。试验结果表明:当立式离心机反冲洗水压力为580 kPa,转速为818 r/min,给矿矿浆浓度为10%,夹管阀开启时间为660 ms时,可获得铁品位为56.16%,回收率为20.25%的铁精矿。

Abstract: The iron of a fine fraction low intensity magnetic separation iron tailings with iron grade of 16.56% and profound loss of iron in fine fraction minerals mainly existed in the form of hematite and limonite,strong magnetic separation-screening-spiral chute-centrifuge separation test was conducted.The results showed that iron concentrate with iron grade of 56.16%,recovery rate of 20.25% was obtained when vertical chute-centrifuge backwashing water pressure was 580 kPa,rotate speed was 818 r/min,feed pulp density was 10%,pinch valve opening time was 660 ms.
