某高边坡排土场排土工艺优化对比

摘要: 某高边坡排土场采用排土机排土工艺,在确定台阶允许的最大高度后,为了确定由现状单台阶高边坡排土场调整为多台阶排土场后下部台阶的排土工艺,通过分析各种技术上可行的排土工艺及其适用性,重点分析、比较了溜槽溜放—汽车倒排与自卸汽车直排2种排土工艺,得出溜槽溜放—汽车倒排工艺明显降低投资,节省运营费用,对类似高边坡排土场边坡优化、治理具有较强的适用性和参考借鉴价值。

Abstract: The dumping plough is used in the dump with high slope,after the determination of the maximum height allowed by steps,in order to select the optimal dumping technique of the lower steps of the dump with multiple steps transported by the one with high slope and single step,the feasible dumping techniques and their adaptive are analyzed,the dumping techniques of chute humping-automobile transportation and dumper transportation are analyzed emphatically,the results show that the economic indicators of investment and transportation cost of the former are superior to the later,which can provide some technical reference for the slope optimization and governance of the dumps with high slope.
